Are you open on Sundays?
No, we are closed on Sundays — it's our day of rest. Monday to Saturday we serve lunch from 12:30 to 14:30 and dinner from 19:30 to 22:30. For weekends it's best to book a few days ahead.
Where is the trattoria?
At Via Maggiore 21 in Ravenna (48121), beside Porta Adriana, one of the gateways into the UNESCO old town. We're the same sign that opened in 1975, once known as Trattoria da Tommaso.
What is the signature dish?
Erminio's cappelletti: cream, ham and asparagus — and if you'd rather have them with ragù, we make them with ragù. The pasta is rolled by hand every morning, as Romagna has always done. On the menu you'll also find Apulian bombette and capocollo from Martina Franca.

What kind of food do you serve?
The cooking of Romagna and Puglia: handmade pasta (cappelletti, strozzapreti, tagliatelle), slow-fire meats, piadina and bombette. The menu changes with the seasons: a lighter card at lunch, the full menu at dinner. First courses run from 12 to 15 euros, mains from 15 to 22.
How do I get there, and where do I park?
We sit at the edge of the pedestrian area, beside Porta Adriana: from the centre of Ravenna it's an easy walk, and the nearest public car parks are the ones around the city walls, a few minutes from Via Maggiore.
